My Thoughts That No One Asked For ...
I seldom feel the need to just give up ... but that's where I'm at right now; in the process of believing in something that is clearly a lie; being just one of a hand full of truly tuned in people that see what's going on; yes, I'm giving up. I mean, there's really no alternative.
No, it's not impossible. It's sad. It's wrong; but not impossible.
Our Country has been and always will be run by the elite of society.
It will always be corrupted by money and power. It will continue to care very little for the majority of citizens unless those citizens are 'needed' to work; maybe breed; but that's about it.
And it will always be this way because that's how the system was set up originally. And because people are basically too trusting or maybe even simple minded to see how all this adds up 'not' in anyone's favor but those at the top.
So to that I offer up a few select eye rolls ...
Yep, that's pretty much how I feel at this point. My optimism has all been useless. You cannot change a system by yourself; you cannot change a system corrupted by money (think Lobby efforts and such); and you cannot appeal to people who refuse to open their minds to a possible problem despite all the data and facts shown to them.
So this is me; giving up; going on and trying to survive best as I can in these adverse times with a non-Democratic system. Whoopi! Let's all just have such a good time. I mean, right?
